This is an 18 inch necklace with a 3 inch extender and a lobster claw closure. It has 10 strands of leather that meet up with gold plated chain that carries shells interspersed with brushed gold-plated dangles. These are individually packaged in sealed plastic with fine bubble wrap protecting the shells. These were the remaining overstock of the original manufacturer.
