PETRICE Aexive 2-in-1 Food Chopper

Knife is really sharp, but you don't need it if you have chopping board, as it is of course slower than chopping board with a good knife. It is useful where you cannot carry a chopping board.

I have used this 3x and boy I did not expect what I did. I made a salad in record time. I had no problems cutting any of the following veggies. Occasionally on the broccoli and the carrots, the blade would come out of its socket but I was not expecting those cuts to be smooth plus I put in large pieces so I consider it user error but in either respects, I popped it back in and adjusted the size of veggies so that it could cut without hesitation.Lettuce--no problem, I simply quartered a head of lettuce and fed it like nada.Tomato--no problempeppers--no problemcelery--cut it vertically and horizontally no problembroccoli--this one gave me trouble at first, all I did was thin the top of the stalk and it sliced it way more effecitiently. I would also literally just plant the bottom of the stalk and then let the dicing continue....better than just laying it flat, actually press on it so that the blade already has a grip on it.carrots--same thing as the broccoli, press on it so that the blade already has it in its graspsonions--no problemmushrooms--awesome to watch and do no problemThat's it folks, this is not a gimmick, it works. It's half the size of my last "as seen on TV" chopper.The blade lock broke on the first try. Its just held by plastic bumps. Requires force in multiple places to lockThe chopping handle has a plastic bump catch that requires you pry it back open after every hit.The cleaning tool is just a brush. It you get something really stuck it requires another tool to remove itI had purchased my previous chopper twice before. I can't find it on the market anymore. I used it to chop everything from tomato to ham. All of these eventually just break from stress. This chopper on't even cut a full onion slice. You have to quarter it. Bell peppers require a 8 to 12 cuts to fit into the chopper. Then with it sorta locking after every cut I almost threw it across the kitchen. So frustrating when chopping a bag of onions and 12 bell peppers.I shouldn't have to fix and/or redesign a kitchen tool the first time I used it!!!

Very useful for kitchen. Makes life easier. Has quite a sharp knife that works like a scissor for chopping vegetables. The plate below the knife acts as a chopping board. Needs a little practice to use it though.

The build quality is awesome... Very good quality product.
