The media could not be loaded. Bee&You is one of my favorite bee and Propolis supplements brand. It is highset quality, 0 sugar, no additives.I take the probiotic propolis shots every now and then when feeling sluggish, stressed or as a maintenence for my immune system.

No nutritional info with respect to carbohydrates on Amazon description, but this is very high in sugar and not suitable for low carb or keto diets. I did try one and it has a decent flavor for this type of product (an acquired taste no doubt), but way too sweet for my low-carb palate. If you like very sweet flavors this may be just fine for you.Propolis is a solid and healthy supplement and I've never experienced ill effects from it. I did break my serving into three parts to avoid overloading on sugar!I cannot give five stars because I actually had to order this to find out the sugar content, which is 15 grams per serving. In addition, one serving was covered in a sticky substance which had apparently leaked out of the bottle (image provided). This is due to the added honey and orange juice, which improves overall flavor. See image for ingredient details.

Each bottle net weights 50ml with 41g orange juice, maybe that’s where the 11g sugar from? I have no doubt that the ingredients in this will help support your immune system. It appears to be a well researched and formulated product. I was just not able to get past the taste. As others have stated, it wasn’t very pleasant and left a bad aftertaste which lingered for some time. While this may be a convenient way to obtain propolis, I would personally prefer something in a capsule form.

I hadn't really heard about bee propolis, so I googled. You should, too. This orange-flavored supplement tastes okay -- it's palatable and not icky. This supplement does not contain B vitamins. Yay. It's loaded with good stuff (read the label). On a monthly basis (30), it is fairly expensive but I'm thinking probably worth it for cold and flu season.

It tastes strong enough that it ought to work.

This immune shot intrigued me, I've never considered myself to be someone who wants/needs supplements but the ingredients in this sounded excellent. Definitely make sure to shake it A LOT. There's a bit of separation which I assume is the "propolis" material that is blended into the shot. The overall flavor is a very strong raw honey and orange juice-y flavor, I drank the first few shots as is but halfway through I began mixing one with about a cup of water to cut down on the intensity. I don't know if I needed these particular vitamins but I did feel slightly better during the week or so I was drinking these. I think the premise of the product and the ingredients are very interesting but this is way too expensive for me to order again without some sort of medical or dietary need for it.A majority of the bottles in my case came leaking already or looking separated much more than the others. Don't really recommend this.
