I was advised to increase my sperm count. But later on was asked not to take as doctor said it is not required. How ever I did take it and it's been on for one month. Honestly it doesn't really bring any great change in you. But I took it because I checked online that Coenzyme helps you clear the blood clots in your body and also other health benefits. So I would recommend to go and check online for it's benefits and then take one if you don't get any side effects. I did not get any side effects.

Best to recommended Nature's velvet coenzyme Q10 looks to deliver its boost to my 60 year old boy's Q10 which needs to be boosted as I take atorvastatin daily.
