This cereal is a really enjoyable way to add more fiber to my diet. Nice cinnamon flavor without excessive sugar. Organic and healthier. It is definitely one of my favorites now and I look forward to having it for breakfast. Just note that it soaks up A LOT of milk and I have to pour more per bowlful than with other cereals.

Love this cereal. Not too sweet; rather a hint of sweetness. Cinnamon also is just enough. Healthy to boot.

I only eat kashi now, not doused in sugar

Very tasty raspberry fig bar. Filling. Like that it is presented in 2-packs within box, so can tote as snack and rest stay fresh. Recommend.

I enjoy this dry as a healthy snack. Delicious with a hint of sweetness. I have been buying it for years and will continue to do so.

My spouse and I blow through one box for our dessert. These things are total crack. And once you realize your box has what we've termed "sugar bombs" in it (nuggets that are extra sweet and cinnamony), then you just keep eating in the hunt for the next one. Forget breakfast! These are pure snack heaven!!

It has good fiber, tastes great, and definitely helps with the poopies.

I really like this cereal, it tastes good, has a little sweetness but not too much. Great cinnamon flavor and I usually eat it as a snack without milk to satisfy my want for a filling, crunchy snack. Still a little sweet and you get a lot for a serving. I like that there's minimal ingredients and it’s good quality cereal.
