Dempsey Designs Minicraft 28cm Piglet Kit Height

I'm disappointed with this. The design itself is fine, but the kit was missing it's ears. I tried contacting Dempsey Designs, but with no luck. It's the first time I've had any problems with one these kits, so I'm hoping it's just a one off.
