Travel Chess Set Magnetic Portable Folding Board - Small Mini Pocket Chess Set (X-Small / 5.9 Inch)

I’m learning to play chess via an app and wanted a small board that I could physically play on. I wasn’t looking for fancy, just small.After reading reviews and looking at pictures of many travel sized boards, I settled on this one. It has magnetic pieces, folds up to be pocket sized, and feels pretty well made for what it is. The price was good as well. I like that on the box it’s got how each piece moves and has a little paper inside as well. That’s something I’m still trying to remember and having it on hand is convenient. I cut the picture off the box to keep with the board.The pieces move easily and stay on the board pretty well. The magnets are strong enough to keep them where you want them, but not so strong you struggle to move them.Maybe one day I’ll get a fancy board I can leave out all the time, but until then, this one is perfect for what I was looking for. It’s compact, easy to carry and store, and I look forward to playing on it.

I bought this as a gift for a friend. The board and pieces are sleek and pleasing to the eye, and a perfect size. The magnetic pieces are strong enough to not slide around on the board, but are still easy to pick up and move.

I am a Digital Nomad and travel full time and this was one of the best purchases i've made. It's a great product for the price and very easy to store/use. It folds in half and you store the pieces inside. We use this board at the bar, restaraunts, parks, wineries, etc. It's extremely durable and the pieces are magnetic, making it easy to use. Highly recommend

It's very travel friendly. Pieces are magnetic and hold pretty well in the car. Great gift for someone going to an overnight camp or a family going camping. Doesn't take much space at all, and it all fits in the little case that the board makes when you close it. It's a great design.

This has been great for my kids to play chess in the car or take on trips. The pieces stay attached to the board, and store on the inside when not in use. Wish it was a little bigger.

Perfect for traveling. The magnets were good quality. The pieces were big enough to move around the board. Perfect for novice chess players. All of the chess pieces fit in the board with out a lot of fiddling. I was afraid it would be a challenge to put the set away and I had no issues.
