The fridge is very purposeful. I do not use it for eatables, I use it for my skincare products. It was the cheapest one available on the internet. I am using this for a week now. The only thoughts I had during this time were if only it was a bit bigger or had more sections. But that’s on me because the bigger ones are a bit expensive which I cannot afford. Other than that, the fridge left a lot of water based residue inside, which has to be cleaned regularly every few days or so, but I guess that happens when you put a lot of stuff inside which leaves no space for proper cooling. Hence, the water on the fridge’s floor. I am not an expert but I’m just guessing this stuff as every other customer. The delivery was very quick. I ordered it on 12th August and received it within two days. It had a proper packaging as well. I was afraid of the door being broken or the fridge not working at all like the other customers showed. However, this didn’t happen to me. To be honest, I am a bit shocked to see a lot of negative reviews about the fridge. It is a pretty decent one in this price range with an ample amount of features. We cannot get everything within a limited price in this capitalist economy based society after all!

After using for 2 months, this is what I have come up with Pros 1. Cools just like any normal refrigerator (not freezer) 2. Very small and compact 3. Can be used with a wall socket or in a car 4. Can be switched on for months straight, without the need to switch off 5. Extremely quiet Cons 1. Has lesser space than expected. But enough to store medicines. (You can not store a 600 ml dew bottle straight, you would have to tilt it. A 500 ml bottle will fit just right) 2. The fan located at the back accumulates some dust after couple of months (which is very easy to clean). 3. Reaching the fridge temperature takes time (~12 h). (temp remains constant afterwards, unless if you repeatedly open it) Other info - The tray inside can be removed for additional space. Cools even in my non-AC room. 2 year update - The average star rating is VERY misleading. The product serves it's purpose very well. Of course it cannot store your vegetables, meat, 10 litre bottles, ice cream and left over pizzas all at the same time (like most of the 1 star reviewers here wished it could do). I'm a hosteller and I use it to store my apples, chocolates, medicines and small bottles of water. And I'm very happy with the product. No reliability issues.

Before buying, please be aware that, this product is for travelling purpose and will not be useful as an alternative to refrigerator. Suitable for storing medicines near the bed - as it does not make any loud noise. For singles staying as paying guest or in hostel, this can store peeled onions, dough, dosai maavu, cut chilies, leaves etc., Not suitable to store ice creams or any frozen foods. Not suitable to store meat products. Not for milk and milk products. Total space can hold 2 kg tomatoes maximum or 1 packet of dosai maavu. Good, if you plan a tour or picnic in your car for two or three days. Update 2025: still it's working. A fancy add-on for your travel.

It's Peltier based. Not a regular refrigerator, so do not expect heavy duty and quick cooling from it. Following steps work best for me. 1) Pre cool this device for about an hour. 2) First chill the freshly cooked food, in a regular refrigerator and then keep it in this device. 3) Keep it switched ON un-interrupted. 4) Limit frequent opening of door. My requirement is to open it one time in 24 hours. 5) Keep it in a dry and cool place. 6) Keep it in a place that is well ventilated and the rear side of device has enough air circulation. 7) I do not need ice. Neither is this device capable to make ice. 8) Its small and portable, but not ment to work in open in direct sun light/heat. With above steps, food remain fresh for 5 to 6 days for me. (Almost a week) It's a great product for anyone with similar requirements.

I had read some of the reviews on Amazon, and upon reading some good reviews, decided to buy this. Unfortunately the product didn't work , I waited for approximately 1 hour to atleast start chilling the milk, but there was no effect. And moreover one more wire seemed missing, as I had viewed a YouTube video, and they showed it has two wires. I would rate it zero. Preferably don't buy this product and waste your money. In case in future they decide to fix the defect then maybe a person could think of purchasing.

Not worth buying as it’s too small. Cannot hold anything. Even half liter water bottle goes very tightly. Given 3 star because the cooling is effective. I am using this for the past few days. Being a China make don’t know how long it will be in good working condition.
