They are solid or not ??

It depends on how you are going to use them. If you have got a customised iron mesh they can be used with more weight. I used a plastic mesh tied to my balcony wall and hung them. So i used more coco peat to reduce the weight. So far no pot has broken. So broadly would say they are solid.
