overall products works nicely but 2 major drawbacks / problems which required technical team's attention1) heating : it is really hot like hot plate after 3-4 hour of use, while we intended to use it for 12 hrs....2) sustainability & consistency: it randomly shows network error for 15-20 min. and without any change in networking it will start working on same ip address and networking.like to hear from technical team on the above issue. i am looking for around 15 thin client for my small office and just give this trial order for single unit. it is only 2 days so lets see about long run.

Sub standard product with hihh rates.
It really helped. Price vs quality is too high. Max mrp is 3000. And they are not clear about the replacement. Replacement expense shld be of company because problem arises in product and price already too high
