An absolute waste of money
This is the worse product I have EVER come across, it is like acid on my skin. I don't know about reducing the bags under my eyes but it has made them worse as they are now swollen. The free mascara came with no instruction so whether to apply the mascara then the 'fibres' or the other way round but is rubbish either way and the fibres fall into your eyes. I cannot believe that I have wasted this much money on such a sham of a product - do not buy it unless you have the skin of a rhino.

It works !!!
Certainly gets rid of my fine lines. Illuminates the eye area.Be careful too much will leave you with white marks.
