Good alternative to brand name
These seal for me just as well as the resimed cushions but they're way less expensive. Decently made, they hold up as well as the oem cushions for me

DO NOT BUY-SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I have been using a CPAP for about 8 years now and have been using the ResMed F30 mask for most of that time. I ordered this replacement mask cushion from Amazon because I needed a replacement in a hurry, and I knew that Amazon would get it to me rather quickly. This replacement F30 cushion is vastly inferior to the "original" ResMed F30 cushion. This replacement cushion leaked from the sides every time that I used it no matter how loosely or how tight I made it. EVERY TIME. I tossed the replacement in the trash. Last night I used my "new" ResMed F30 cushion that I just received in the mail and slept like a baby.

Much better than the one that goes over your nose and mouth. No more rubbing the ridge of my nose. Worth the switch

Smaller than the original mask. Causes pressure sores on my face. Uncomfortable. Not enough space inside the mask.

Seriously it’s perfect. Way better than the brand name. This is the ONLY time I’ve ever had a comfortable sleep with my CPAP. I’m over the moon! I have a bit of a narrow, soft nose; the brand name mask’s nostril holes are too far apart for me, and the scoop is too big widthwise and lengthwise. THIS ONE fits like a dream and it doesn’t push my nose up like the other one. It just stays in place. Plus it’s firm enough that I can have the straps much looser. No headaches! I’ll report back about longevity.

While the masks were comfortable and provided a good seal, they both torn just below the lower lip, where the silicone is very thin within a month of use.

They are a little smaller then the oem one but they work great.
