I have been using the product since last month and am very satisfied with it.The vaporiser unit is made from good plastic and feels solid, the attachments fit well.I added a small pinch of salt and the steam generation was almost instantaneous(it depends on the water hardness).Only hope that the addition of salt does not corrode the metal heater and reduce its efficiency.Overall a good product for the price.

I don't miss an opportunity to appreciate when a product or service exceed my expectations. After lot of search , I zeroed on this product and have been using it since 2017.. its been almost 4 years tht it is soothing my entire family - me, my son n my husband.Today while ordering it for my parents, I realised I never reviewed this product! Better late thn never.Good product at this price. Go for it!

I brought this recently as winters are never easy for me.I had two more optionsa) Newnik vaporizer costing around 1k [Seems to be repackaged product from china, check vaporizers on Alibaba and you will find numerous similar designs]b) Ozomax costing around 300.I bought this considering all the positive reviews. Ozomax had more negative feedback relatively.FIRST IMPRESSIONS -- Packaging seems ok- No logo on product, not a single mention of healthgenie on vaporizer[I get a bit skeptical]FIRST USE -- No power on/off button on vapourizer- Steam output is low- Water jar is too big, a lot of water is wasted, and as said steam output is low.THE HACK-I wanted more steam output. I dismantled it, so that I can somehow hack it. I research about vaporizers and find that most vaporizers[including this one] are electrolysis based vaporizers. Although, electrolysis never takes place due to AC current, but they rely on electric current passing through the water to heat the electrodes and hence produce steam. So, all I need to do was make water more conductive. So, I added a pinch of salt[some vaporizers actually recommend adding salt] and voila all problems solved. Now, steam output is high! After using it with salt water, there is a black residue left, which is mostly minerals. You can safely ignore that.tl;dr : Add a pinch of salt

Sheer waste of money. I never recommend this kind of products to anyone. Guys don't waste money on this...for 360 rupees I can use entire gasoline and would have used traditional method...Update**********25/10/2016I gotta call from seller telling me he will send me a replacement for the defective product.26/10/2016**************The same executive called me again & asking me to remove the negative review & want me to give 5 stars so that they can send me a new product. This is total CRAP! How could i give you 5 stars without using the product.. Review is to help other buyers NOT to BULLY them..! I do not know how warranty works????????????????????????????????Removing negative review would buy me a new genuine authentic defect free product? That's BS!!!!!!!!! Amazon, Pl take necessary action.Buyers don't buy this in online. Go out to any retailer shop and demo it & buy it. If you're fortunate then you will get a defect free product.I really thought , Wow! their after sales service is really working but its total disappointment...This product doesnt even fit for single start..

Delivery - Great! Great packing and timely delivery from Amazon! Love it!Product - I was always worried about the pei0le claiming to have smelled burning plastic from the steamer... but when I used it, it didn't give me a plasticky smell, rather the smell of the herbs which I added.The product is also lightweight, portable-ish, kind of attractive and cheap. It steams your face without any hot water splashes coming from the openings of the face attachment.However... the attachment for the nose is, in my opinion, a bit low. Like, if you were to keep your nose close to it, you would probably feel some splashes and extreme steam.But anyways, for steaming your face and the other uses.. it's great! Great VFM!

We have been taking steam using the supplied Vaporizer, but we are not satisfied. When the steam is produced, it smells like plastic burning. The steam inhalation with plastic burn smell is not good to inhale. Though it has been in use for past few days, the smell continues. It appears the plastic used is of sub-standard quality.
