Love this! We make A LOT of sourdough and we had a bread knife we liked for the most part but it was super hard to get a good even slice! This thing works amazing, helps you cut the perfect slice AND it’s so easy my kids use it! 10/10 recommend!

I make a lot of bread for my husband, and this was the best purchase! It slices the bread easily, and able to make them thin without tearing the piece. Glad it came with a cover for the blade for extra safety when I put it away.

I love this knife. It’s my new favorite kitchen gadget. I even bought one for my mother. I make homemade sourdough and it’s so difficult to slice it all the way through with a regular bread knife. But it slices SO EASILY with this knife! I get perfect slices every time, and almost no trouble cutting through the bottom, which is harder than the rest of the bread.Tip: if you’re having trouble slicing through the bottom of your sourdough, just flip the loaf over so you cut through the bottom to the top.

Value for money:I bake sourdough bread weekly and I wanted consistency when slicing. I have plenty of bread knives but not of this design. Pricing, form and fit seemed right. Came with 2 very sharp blades. Giving it a go and liking it.

If you make sourdough, you may have experienced trying to “saw” through the crust to get a nice even slice and failed lol. This knife changed that for me! We love this knife for sourdough. It’s lightweight and gets the job done! Even comes with an extra blade. Only thing I would change is maybe have a better guard for the blade. Not sure how long this one will last otherwise, great purchase!

This was exactly what I was looking for to slice our home cooked bread loafs. A friend told me about this knife and I am so glad she did. This knife makes cutting bread so much easier and works perfectly injunction with the bread slicer. Love it!

I have several standard bread knives, but this one puts them all out of business when it comes to my homemade sourdough. It slices cleanly through the bread all the way to the bottom, making it easy to cut off a uniform slice.
