Pros: firm arch support for flat feet, good cushioning, well made, reasonable price, comfortable Cons: a little narrow for some of my shoes. The pros massively outweigh the con(s). I'm buying another pair one size bigger to give new life to my favourite trainers.

Works for me and fits my size 9 perfectly. It feels comfortable and only time will tell of its longevity… I use these in one shoe only and the other one just gets shoved in the bin, so wish you could buy these separately!

For the price these are great insoles. Don't be fooled by paying more from companies who should (but don't) make a better product. They are soft but supportive, have a decent but not massive arch support. Very comfortable. Straight into my boots and walked 14 miles. Absolutely spot on. Would recommend. Give them a try!

Can’t say how much it’s helped compared to other insoles but i can say they’re amazingly comfortable and have made walking so much better. Taking a lot of pressure off each step, fitting into all my different shoes from trainers to walking work boots. They’ve lasted well, protected my heal supported my ankle and eased the pain. Well worth the money.

Seems to be good quality. Not sure about manufacture as says made in USA on product but made in China on packaging(?). My main issue though is these are too narrow and leave a slight gap either side of the sole of my shoes that I have fitted them in (Meindl Activio GTX walking shoes). I will need to find slightly wider insoles.

Damaged my metatarsal just before a trip to Rome. Was dreading it due to pain in foot. Got these plus a few other bits to cushion my foot for all the walking. Amazing product. Worked brilliantly. Didn’t use the other items in the end only these. Took the pain away. Managed to walk around for 4 days without any issues at all. Continued to use them after coming back and foot is almost fixed. I’m a UK 9. These fit fine. Perfect fit. Plus I went from 6ft to 6ft1 in them. They do obviously push your foot up in your shoes / trainers so be aware of your foot feeling tighter in your shoe than usual.

le sto usando da una settimana e devo dire che provo sollievo, ero un po' scettico perche' sembravano troppo morbide ma nel complesso buone , io ho problemi di metarstalgia

Avevo una tendinite, utilizzando gli anfibi, dopo 30gg con queste solette ammortizza bene la pianta del piede ed il tallone
