Unreliable, faulty product
I tested it for a few months. It's very unreliable. The connection is breaking. Samsung phone with a SIM card was much better for me

Seems OK, but...
I chose this as past experience with tp-link devices has been good.Quick delivery. Easy to set up with the tp-link "Tether" app.Bought this to upgrade from a 4G roiter, in order to get 4G+ or even 5G mobile signal.Throughput speeds vary, even with a hardwired device. Unable to get a 5G connection even though my mobile shows 5G connection.Have tried to get details on external.l 5G (LDPA) antennas, but information is scarce andd it's another ~500 AED for them amd no guarantee of any improvement.I reveived v1 of the hardware, even though v2 is available. I paid 730 AED for this unit 3 weeks ago and it is now selling for 840!So, it works - but not as well as I had hoped.

Not steady connection
Performance is not consistent, many times signal drops and WiFi coverage too. Difficult to use as 5g router. It worked sometime but having intermittent issues.

WIFI was not working properly
I used the device for 2 days, however, the wifi signal keeps fluctuating between 170 Mbps and 0 Mbps.I used my mobile instead of the router and found that the issue is from the router itself.I did many reset trials, power on/off and changing the config, but the issue still persists.I decided to return back the device and replace it with another brand.

Poor service
I bought a month ago and since then haven’t got any decent service , would love to return, but can’t see this option here…. I live in a good service area and wifi at home is barely alive
