I bought it for my mother. Who was suffering from persistent cough and lung / respiratory tract infection. Nebulizing is better than inhaler because this is given for a longer time and goes deeper into the respiratory system. Doctor suggested that too. I used it for 20 days till her full recovery. The design is simple, compact and moderately strong body. It has all accessories inside including 2 face mask, 1 mouth piece, 1 tube and 1 medicine chamber. Using it was very easy. The user manual is of no help, check youtube videos for demonstration. Nebulization medicine vapour particle size can be controlled by the adjusting the medicine chamber vent regulator. I found that 1/2 open position is the best. I always cleaned the medicine chamber and mouth piece with clean water after every use and air dried keeping on paper towels under the fan for sometime. This is very important. Do not clean the pipe with water. If you live in a humid place water will condense in the pipe. After medicine is finished ( there will be some left 5-10%, discard that) remove the medicine chamber from the pipe and run the nebulizer machine for 30 sec to 1 min to drive out the condensed water inside pipe. It's recommended to replace pipe and medicine chamber etc every 6 months. Spare pipe and medicine chamber and etc are available in Amazon. The machine has a reciprocating air compressor. So it's not silent, and it's definitely much more noisy than a table fan. I kept it on wooden table; so sound is little more. Check my video. I bought this for ₹850. It well served its purpose. I am fully satisfied with the performance and definitely this is a value for the money product.
