I am writing this review after 14 months of using the product. I use this frother every single day. Sometimes twice a day. Occasionally 3 or 4 times a day if company is over. I use it almost equally for hot or cold frothing. This is a beast. A true little work horse. I should also add that I use approximately 1 tablespoon of actual dairy creamer and maybe 1/3-1/4 cup of REAL oat milk without emulsifiers or additives. Just plain oat water! Now the fact that this frother can create ACTUAL FOAM out only 1Tbsp of dairy that is watered down with "oat water" is all of the recommendation it should need! It takes 30ish seconds to create the foam on cold and still less than a minute heated. It is very quick. I am unsure of the timing because having used it HUNDREDS of times I am just accustomed to the sound the liquid makes when it has turned the perfect foaminess. I know that doesn't SEEM helpful. But guess what, it truly is. Because what I am telling you is that you will be able to use this product for SO LONG that you are just IN TUNE with it. Great long life that works exceptionally well!

I ordered this it worked great for about 1 week and then would not make froth. I contacted the company and had a new one in about 1 week. The new one has been working great and the one I ordered for my son is working great. I just got a bad one and the company took great care of me. I would recommend this frother and company to anyone. It makes froth just as good as any fancy coffee store. I use it to make matcha lattes, both cold and warm. I love that I don't have to deal with heating the milk, this machine does it to the perfect temperature. You will not be sorry that you bought this frother. This company really stands behind their products, something that is very hard to find these days!

Takes to much milk for on cup of coffee. I have a hand held frother from the same company, the rechargeable one, it works much better.

I thought I was buying a new model, but I got an open box model for half price. This thing is a jewel! I have been using one of Zulay's hand frothers for a couple of years, great item, but it can be a bit messy at times. With this item, the milk is in an enclosed area, so no mess. And it also froths automatically so I can concentrate on my coffee. And the froth is so smooth, it is almost like real whipped cream. My handheld never did froth this good.

I use this every single week. I make Dalgona with it, but it can be used to make all types of special coffees and hot chocolates. When I tell you this is by far my most favorite purchase, I mean it. It is very easy to clean. I put soap and water in it and press the hot button to loosen up the remains. I then proceed by washing the device, frother and lid normally. It is easy to carry around as well. As I've said, I use it every week so if I travel, it is a necessity for ease of transport. All I will say is not to let the water pour all over the base or else it will short out. I learned that the hard way. This is an absolute kitchen staple and amazing if you're a coffee lover. Please add to your station!

We loved this while it lasted, made great foam. But after one year exactly, it stopped heating. The heating element went out. This product should last longer than one year, especially with light use. Poor quality overall.

I received a faulty peice. The machine doesn’t stop until it burns the milk and the milk overflows. I tried three times. Same problem.

No obstante que no calienta mucho la bebida esto se puedo subsanar calentando en el microondas después de usarlo, pero su función de disolver y mezclar con el líquido es excelente. Muy recomendable.
