Attractive. Very smartly designed. High quality fabric. Cost effective. Poor Zippers.
I am a bit of a connoisseur of backpacks for the purpose of travel. This fits well within the category of travel backpack and I now consider it my "Spirit Airlines". It's just large enough to meet but not go over that 'personal item' given that you are able to avoid airline agent. What makes this bag good is it's design. Here is what you should know:First..The top putter zipper pocket is vertical making it perfect for a wallet and cell phone combination. If you don't feel comfortable with that a second pocket exists in the waist pad that is also suited to personal items.Second..The bottom outer pocket is 3D. That is, it expands out. This is something you NEED for bulky chargers and wire. It makes sense when you travel as you don't dig through the main compartment.Third..Two compartments exist. The smaller forward compartment is perhaps the least impressive and could be forgotten about I'd it didn't add structure to the bag. It contains cheaply lined compartments. These can be used for something like a battery pack and cell phone charging situation. However, it's width of about 3 inches makes it a perfect compartment for common size rectangular packing cube.Fourth. The rear most compartment contains a laptop protection pocket. that you would expect and is definitely good enough. The main compartment is perfect for a double wide packing cube..Where this bag fails..ml.The zippers :( are very disappointing. These are standard, light weight, all plastic poor durability zipper that you find on cheap bags. Zippers end bags early. They will end the life of this bag.The fabric, a codura type, is the low cost but durable type that typically doesn't cause a problem. The stitching is done well and the overall build quality is good.I recommend this for the price. It's a sharp looking bag with a whole lot of utility. The zipper is a major flaw, but forgivable. Buy it is you want a smartly designed light traveler bag for occasional to moderate use.

Tons of room. Good zippers. Good stitching.
I really like this backpack for how cheap it was. Took a gamble on it for my middle schooler for the new year. The zippers glide easily and I couldn't force them to come apart or seize up.The main and smaller compartment are pretty spacious. We tested it out with a large hard cover book, 3 1 inch binders, a larger pencil holder, water bottle and a couple other odds and ends. Everything fit easily with room to spare. It has a USB cable with a pocket for a portable charger. It doesn't come with the power bank, which is understandable at this price point and I wouldn't trust the bank it would come with. The pocket for the power bank is slim and round, so you will need one of the tube shaped power banks to fit that pocket. It's minimalist looking for sure but that's what she wanted out of a backpack this year so it looks great. She said it feels comfortable on her shoulders while testing it out. We are both pretty impressed with how solid it feels for how cheap it was.

Great Laptop Carry All
This bag is great to hold my laptop, my extra Asus display, and other accessories like cables, etc. which is perfect for air travel. I also like the idea that it is not too big and so you can't over fill it with stuff you really don't need to take around with you! (I have that problem sometimes). What's also cool is it has a place for a power bank. Never thought I needed one but I'm think I'm going to invest in one and now I have a place to store it! I have to admit I wanted the beige colored item but it wasn't available in the larger 17.3 inch size. Speaking of size, if you're using for a laptop make sure you measure the diagonal of your laptop. I have a 15inch MacBook Pro and I thought the 15.6 size could accommodate it. It doesn't and good thing I checked. (remember measure twice, cut once). The material, zippers, etc. are good. Seems durable enough for the laptop abuse I will probably give it. I'm not too crazy about the grey color but I didn't want the all black (one should always hint of color). I also like that I could wear it using a single strap. For me using two strap is for when I'm doing the equivalent of hiking long distances. Using a single strap is great for when I'm riding on the subway and I need the ability to take it off and put it on quickly.

Holds a lot, is comfortable to wear
This backpack comes in two sizes and three colors. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the larger size in beige color, but the smaller one is pretty good, too. It has a lot going for it: Lots of pockets that are sized and located on such a way that they are easy to use; two large main compartments making it easy to separate items for different classes, jobs, etc.; very tough, durable exterior; comfortable padded straps, carry handle that's placed above the center of gravity of the backpack, making it easy and comfortable to use. The backpack did have a chemical smell when it arrived but I opened up all the zippers and let it air out for a few days, and when I went to use it I no longer noticed the odor. I will treat it with a couple coats of waterproofing spray, and it will be ready to go into heavy, everyday use.

A very nice, spacious backpack with good features.
Gray in color, this backpack rides easily on the back with comfortable padded shoulder straps. It has two roomy zippered front pockets, a water bottle pocket on both sides, and two spacious main compartments. The rear front compartment has a laptop sleeve capable of carrying and protecting up to a 17 inch laptop with room for accessories. The front main pocket has lots of room for up to 3 days worth of clothes. As you can see from the side view picture, there is plenty of room for your belongings. One thing I particularly like is the pass through charging cable. There's a SUB-A socket on the side connected to a cord that feeds through to the inside. It has a small zippered pocket for a power bank just under the cord where it goes through the wall of the backpack. Many backpacks have the charging port. Few backpacks have the zippered pocket for the power bank. This is a well made larger backpack. It will give years of great service.
