Misleading promise, low standard product.
The product performance is disappointing.With such basic specs it cannot match the high standards promised by Dell. The great features for advantage is difficult as i3 and 4gb RAM are laptop working sluggishly. The product beind advertised with high end features should have never been launched with such low specs. Bare minimum core i5 and 8gb RAM is required. Just to attract customers they promised good features, performance at low cost. For low cost the system specs were compromised by providing bare minimal or lesser config because corei3 with 4gb RAM is not able to handle the features and performance. With Touchscreen, FHD, display etc with Windows 10 OS are too much for the system with low hardware configuration. I spent 3 or 4 hrs with Dell Tech support ( Premium warranty), the also agreed that with such basic configuration we cannot expect good or better performance. This was never mentioned anyware during my purchase.THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A DISCLAIMER BY DELL & AMAZON THAT THE PERFORMANCE WILL BE LOW AND COMPROMISED BECAUSE OF BARE MINIMUM HARDWARE CONFIGURATION.I am forced to upgrade the RAM to 16gb (Rs 15000) on my own cost just to expect a decent performance.Even battery backup is just 2 hrs because of low config battery and even Dell Support staff also told that with such 3 or 4 cell battery.THE PRODUCT PROMISE SUCKS!!! JUST PATHETIC!!!!Really frustrated and I know that neither Dell nor Amazon will help me.

Slowest laptop i have ever experienced till date
From the very first day, the laptop ran at a pathetically slow pace.. it would take almost 10mins for the system to start up. When you click on any application, you can easily take a 2-3mins coffee break. I thought there was something wrong with the configuration and resetting my laptop might make it fast. But that's when my real ordeals began. The laptop kept crashing throughout the resetting process and the only message i receive is "There's a problem that's keeping us from getting your PC ready to use, but we think an update will help get things work again." Only that i was never able to complete the update as the machine would crash immediately following the above message.If you are thinking of buying this product.. be aware this is very unlike Dell standard and I don't think i will ever go again for a Dell brand.

MS Office issue
Even word and Excel works very very slow on this Laptop. Not worth spending the money. Touch screen, Sleek and screen completely turns around back, gives good experience that's why 2 star else 1 star.

Go for better ram laptops rather than 4 GB and i3
Looks good but less battery life and very slow system and needs to increase ram other wise wait one hour for opening the laptop

Poor quality device and processor.
Not worth the investment. Very slow and hangs with multiple windows open. Boot time is quite long. Bought this device to replace my previous HP laptop. But this turned out to be slower than that.
