There is no sense of responsibility and honor of commitment from delivery partners of Amazon at least in my area, which will definitely discard me buying a product from Amazon as the products are universally available - all that matters is your door delivery.

Good product better than analog cameras....as u can see clearly with this camera...even read stuff outside like number plates.as old analog cameras struggle with clarity..so it's a upgrade for me...and camera is easy to install... I bought this product from oll seller..he really provide good cctv product with good customer service......as I asked him to dispatch my item before date and he did it...and later I had some technical problems so this seller also have good technical support...they give technical support with remote desktop which impressed me...as in india I never seen proper technical support....I won't say they provided best technical support...but Ya in last they solved my problem so I am happy..but technical support disturbed my computer setting according to them but in last they didn't changed any setting to normal...I have little complaints.....I recommend this product with oll seller

Comes with a good packing and the screwing layout stickers were available inside the box, camera clarity is ok and not likely to be HD but still you can be satisfied with the price paid and the IR numbers is very low when compared with other brand cameras.

Deceiving description. I want to return the product

One analogue wire not in this camera please replace with analogue adjustment camera

I purchased Hikvision equipment camera as well as DVR. It is very poor quality. During evening it gives black and white picture. Whereas others brands with almost same price are giving colour image during night. Amazon should stop selling Hikvision products reason being I purchased two camera earlier and DVR was not supporting then sold out at through way price then purchased Hikvision cameras Tried to contact customer service but no body responds in proper manner. Amazon should not promote Hikvision product otherwise it will tarnish the image of Amazon
