Great entry level laptop. Works great for using Office, browsing the internet or doing lightweight tasks. I got this for my mom and she loves it so far.Its design is quite contemporary, yet elegant if you think about it. It's incredibly lightweight, which makes it easier to carry around.The performance is okay, given the configuration. It takes a while to logon even though the OS resides on a flash drive. But that's probably because of the 4GB RAM. If you can upgrade it to 8GB, it can get rid of this login time. Note that this is the login time I am speaking about, not the booting time, which is fine for a laptop.The pre-installed Windows 10 Home edition is a nice touch and makes things easier for total newbies.PRO TIP :- For users who are complaining about constant updates, you can set your wifi or ethernet connection to metered, and it will only download security updates. All the feature updates and other annoying things will stop downloading.The track pad is ultra sensitive. It has the potential to mistake a single touch for a double click instead of select. And you might also unintentionally click'n'drag things around the screen when all you want to do is move the cursor around. But after some time you get used to it and your fingers adjust properly.The keys have a 'slight' mechanical feel to them, which means that you have to press some keys harder to register their inputs, particularly the E and the R. But that's a minor annoyance. If anyone expects a softer chiclet style experience, look elsewhere.The extra storage slot is also a welcome change. I haven't used it so far, because the 32GB flash storage seems enough for now. However, keeping the 'swelling' nature of Windows OS, I might need to have a 128GB card installed soon, primarily for date storage, keeping the OS to itself.I was apprehensive about ordering something from iBall, given the poor performance of some of their products in the past (computer cases for the most part). But this is a refreshingly satisfying product. Now if only they updated their designs to a more modern / sci-fi style...All in all, it is a good purchase if your requirements are lightweight and you don't expect anything fancy. Good product, happy with the purchase for now. 5 Stars.

Just braught this laptopFirst impression is worst. Charger not working , laptop screen not working properly. Entirely disaster decision to buy this product.

Everything about the laptop is good except for the USB ports.. Laptop instantly keeps shutting down every time a pendrive or a phone is connected via USB. Just works once in a blue moon

This laptop is looking good,and decent battery life, though good for light ussers. But good for heavy uses. Surfing, document editing,720p vodeo watching, and ms office can easily handled by this product.

It's worst i have used it 5 times and 6th time it doesn't started and when i approached laptop repairer i was told that it's motherboard is dead

I think this laptop is best suited for people who use internet moderate. And also for videos movies and songs. Not for heavy users or gamers. I'm am extremely happy with the purchase.
