This is a high quality Carving Knife. I have always used electric knives before without much success so thought I would try using a traditional Carving Knife. This one slices Turkey, Gammon and Beef joints with ease and very thinly. It has a nice weighty handle which is firm to grip and needed for balance. I am very happy with this purchase and will be ditching the electric carving knife now. It comes in a great box, which I will keep it in and it is VERY sharp so take care when using.

Bought this knife to slice bacon as I make my own, arrived promptly in a nice box , looked good and was very sharp maybe too sharp ! , sliced 800 grams of streaky bacon , not much by the time I had finished the knife was blunt , on inspection I found the edge had rolled hence why I said too sharp the edge was too fine, I spent ten minutes sharpening the blade , and then sliced 2kg of back bacon the blade was still sharp at the Finnish , overall happy with product
