Yes dermaroller reduces hair fall and certainly helps in regrowing hair. But its not that simple as it sound. I have been using dermaroller for around 1 year and i have been using it daily. For atleast 3 months i didnt get any result but dn also i was consistent in it. Basically wherever you use this technique, your blood flow will increase in that area & eventually it will lead to more hair growth.Here are the steps:Step-1: Take your surgical spirit & pour it in a small bowl.Step-2: Dip your Dermaroller in that bowl for about 2 minutes so that it will sterilise the roller properly.Step-3: Wash your dermaroller with clean water and let it air dry.Step-4: In your clean SCALP start massaging the dermaroller up and down with medium pressure, wherever you feel there is less growth of hair follicles.(you can apply it to the whole area as well). The massage should last for about 10–15 minutes.Step-5: Wash your face with clean water and apply some moisturiser or oil to your face to avoid dryness.Step-6: Sterilise your dermaroller like Step-2.

Better go for a quality one. After using it for 1 month, it started to come out of the stick.

The changes you'll see after using this roller are for slow, but the changes are apparently visible. You will see some small hairy protruding out of your skin as the days goes by and kindly using it with Minoxidil solution, use it twice or thrice in a month for progressive results with medium pressure on your scalp or reciding hair line.For me it's working, can't say that it'll work the same for you.

These are not needles. This roller contains plates. If you break them open you can see the plates getting thicker at the base. Which would do more damage to your scalp. After a month of using it i have to buy a proper derma roller again.Also keep in mind if youre buying 1mm. The thicker base wouldnt allow the needles to penetrate as much you need them to be.What you need is an individual needle. Whose thickness is consistent and doesnt really hurt your scalp.Hope this helps.
