I bought a 60 day supply and when I was almost finished with the second bottle, I wasn't really seeing any results. I decided to try one more month and at the very end of month three, there was a significant change in quantity and intensity of hot flashes. I used to be up all night long and have more than 20 hot flashes a day. I now have 1 or 2 and they are extremely mild compared to what they used to be. If you haven't seen results, don't give up. This has improved the quality of my sleep and life and I will continue using them.

Be cautious with this. Read everything on their website re ingredients and what its not recommended for. Its not a good choice for those with HER2+ breast cancer. I took this project 7 months with no noticeable improvement, as stated in their marketing.
