Excellent Sunscreen.
This is by far my favourite Altruist sunscreen. Bough this pack many times in the spray. Easy to use, good product and fragrance free. Shame the spray seems to be discontinued now in favour of the pump product.

Definately as good as the Garnier we have been buying (and much better value at £5)
The media could not be loaded. We have been buying Garnier Ambre Solaire Dry Mist Aerosol spray over the last two years but this has changed now. After watching numerous consumer programs that tell you how basically all sun creams are as effective as each other as long as are the same SPF rating (UVB= immediate sun damage and UVA= long term damage to skin), we decided to give another brand a chance (and save money). Two children under 12 and annual hot, tropical sun holidays, we know the importance of having something that works and something that is easy to apply for holidays and school days. This Altruist SPF30 spray is as easy to apply as the Garnier and rubs in just as quickly, perhaps a little stickier initially but that could be the moisturising effect. My wife developed Vitiligo on her hands a few years back, we are ordering the SPF50 for easy, regular application to keep the obvious colour difference at bay.I am more than happy to not be paying for big, expensive advertising campaigns and also, in my own little way help out a charitable cause Dont take my word for any of this though. Have a look at the Altruist web site first, makes interesting reading

The best I’ve used
I developed a severe sun allergy In Mexico last year and was advised to cover up or use sun block as it was likely to recur. So off to Thailand this Feb with temperatures of 36/38 I wasn’t going to ruin another holiday. I usually use factor 30 so I bought Altruist as well as a sun block. My shoulders, face and neck got 50 in the morning and I used Altruist regularly throughout the day and evening. I have had no burn at all and it’s thanks to this product. With other sprays you know that you will be covered in white gloop and it’s a pain to keep reapplying frequently but this spray goes on clear,it leaves an oily film but it soon sinks in so it s not such a hassle of doing the rubbing in-especially the back of the neck every couple of hours. I just wish they would do a factor 50 so I could just use 1 bottle. Also I have a recent watercolour pink tattoo and they fade in sunlight but it’s still as colourful as ever🙂 I highly recommend, especially if you hate the rubbing in creams , this is spray and go. Excellent.

Effective Spray
This product works great but doesn't spread easily once sprayed, it felt sticky. I think we used more because of this but that's maybe not a bad thing and at this price point I don't mind. Its absolutely effective and we had no issues with burning. For clarity we were in Dominican republic, full on sun at around 30C.

No faffing with sticky creams
I hadnt used any fine spray sun protection products before and its a revelation. Since I was a child I have hated sun cream being applied. I know, for some people its almost a ritual but I find it tedious, sticky & sometimes with some brands too smelly. These products shouldn't cost as much as the big brands do either, its cheap to make, they are taking the mick, there are similarities with the scare tactics of the toothpaste companies. However, this is easy and quick to apply, doesnt smell, most likely covers the area better and stops me burning. Result. I'd recommend to anyone who just wants sun protection

Altruist Dermatologist Sunscreen - worth a try
Recommended by my mum. It’s Not greasy or sticky. Absolutely the best cream i’ve used. I suffer with prickly heat normally and have used Piz buin allergy for years as it’s the only cream that kept the prickly heat to a minimum. Never had any sign of it this year having this cream. I used both cream and spray both worked well. I also found this was good for my face as I suffer from breakouts, again no sign of any breakouts. Would like to see a smaller size for face . It ticks all the boxes, so will be my go to from now on. Plus, it’s without doubt excellent value for money.

Really great product
We were recommended Altruist last summer and used the cream quite happily. Then this spray came out and it was brilliant. My kids (aged 14, 13 and 10) were all happy to use it and put it on themselves. You do have to be careful to apply evenly and keep reapplying but this is true of all sun creams. Luckily at this price it doesn't feel too painful to do that. We'll definitely buy more for next summer. It works, it's good value and it's not for profit, what's not to love?
