all you need is a computer!!! it’s so easy to figure out and for 40$, its amazing. It works great, hasn’t died on me yet and i got it 2 days ago, and ever since I’ve just been adding songs and cute wallpapers. Nothing about the touchscreen is unresponsive and I love the fact that it came with headphones. Sounds great, super cute, and you should definitely buy!!! 🤗

It doesn't support MP3 formats so i had to convert all my songs to WAV format in order to use it and not return it. other than that its a ok drive

The radio doesn't even get local station The video won't down load music. I thought it would be good for my daughter but it seems to be more frustrating I went online to get music and it won't work. It's not worth it.

Out the box experience. Ease of use is a mystery... Using with a previously populated 256GB silicon power micro SD card. Inserting shown for a second then gave disk error. In settings I select to format which either did?? or didnt?? The screen flicked and back to the format option. Either result, it now reads my 256gb with the existing music. Size. A slightly bigger mp3 player at 2.8inches in comparison to the 2.4 models. Device use. The touch screen is meh with ok response. Built in speaker is meh. The Bluetooth connected to my ear with good stability to which the quality lays on the BT speakers in use. Recommend for the person that likes a local Playlist. This can give the opportunity to free the phone storage and keep your tunes. Perfect size for an active listen whether workout, commute, or yard work.

pros? I love how after you pause it for a bit or leave it alone, it turns off the screen to save battery. The shuffle is amazing, the headphones that came with it are surprisingly good quality, the SD (Storage) card was readable through the MP3 player and separated so you can tell the difference between your device storage and SD card storage, easy transfer and download speed was pretty decent, Bluetooth was simple and found a device in seconds, the outer speakers are actually pretty nice for a small little device. You can pretty much decorate it and customize it anyway you'd like (circa early 2000s style) cons? I hate the touch screen lol it keeps going back and forth, i blame my fingers. The radio stations at least for me are non existent, but that's okay I bought this for just music only. Learning curve at least for me was a little difficult but managed. Honestly? This is a great starter device for a pre-teen/teen if they just want something to put their photos, music and have something portable without the worries of a cellphone or paid subscription for a streaming service.

My 20 year old iPod is finally showing signs of dying. This was 30 dollars, has Bluetooth that works great, and plenty of storage for my 20,000 plus songs. Expandable storage is great and works well. Touchscreen is surprisingly good. I might buy two more for my kids! (I've got them on CDs now)

This is a great price and would be good for a young child. All my albums are alphabetized with the "artist - album title" and this does not read the memory card and place every in alphabetical order. I don't want to have to search the thousands of albums for all the different artist.

I got this for my daughter for her 12th birthday. Very fun for her, at first.. but the songs and pictures were deleted for some reason. These cheaper devices seem to all do that. So it isn't reliable for her as the phone alternative I was looking for. Also the sound quality isn't that good. Even with improved headphones the audio isn't crisp and punchy like you'd get on a modern cell phone. But if it would keep the media, my 12 year old would not even notice the audio.
