Excellent product!
Great product! Durable, food does not stick and very easy to clean. Must place on top of original rack with the screen for stability. Definitely recommend

Will fit your Excalibur perfectly!
Comes in a set of three. It will fit perfectly in your Excalibur. Great for drying very small herbs that would otherwise fall through the trays. Also great for making fruit roll ups as they hold the liquid due to the raised edges. I even leave them empty in my dehydrator while drying other stuff with no problems at all. Very easy to clean. They are BPA safe.

Exactly as described
These fit my Excalibur dehydrator trays perfectly. Nice and sturdy, heavier duty than I thought they would be. I like that. So many things I can use them for. Scrubbed up easily after use. Things didn't stick either.

Fit perfectly but a little thinner than expected
I like them but there are a few considerations:#1 - They are thinner than I expected. I was hoping that they would be more like the Silpat baking sheets. (see picture of comparison)#2 - You definitely cannot pick these up with anything on them - as shown in the picture where I am holding one in my open hand.#3 - Even though pictures show these on the open Excalibur trays, you would not be able to dry fruit leather and such as the weight would cause it to sink into little pools between the grid - as shown in the picture where I am pressing lightly on the space between - you must use the poly-screen tray insert under them. That picture is what misled me to think they would be thick enough to use without the screen tray.#4 - I believe that they may tear easily if they catch on something because when I was extracting them from the cellophane wrapping, one edge of a sheet was stuck and when I pulled it, a little, tiny piece tore off. Note to self: Handle with care - don't be rough.Aside from these issues, the butternut squash/applesauce leather I made did peel off VERY EASILY. The sheet cleaned up lickety-split after just soaking for a few minutes. So, all in all, I guess I am happy to have them. I can now fill 9 trays with thick mash or use them for small pieces that may fall through the screen trays. They weren't too thin, though, that would make them flap from the air moving across them. They did pull up slightly from the leather shrinking around the edges. I have yet to try them by drying something lightweight to see if there would be any problems there.FYI: I used 3 cups of thick pulp and spread it to within 1/2 to 1 inch of the edges. I should have used 4 cups so that the leather would then dry as a single sheet instead of drying into pieces.

wish the lip was taller.
They work just fine, but for the non top loading dehydrators, it is hard to keep liquid in and not spill. If the edges were taller it would help. The other issue is things do stick some and the corners are harder to clean. I will continue to use them, as they are the best so far.

Better alternative to Teflon-based sheets
I have always been concerned about using the teflon-based sheets (quit using non-stick cooking pans years ago) and was really happy to find these silicone food dehydrating mats. They work really well (as well as the others) and are reasonably easy to clean if you give them a bit of a soak for a few minutes before wiping off. Silicone is inert so you can process to your heart's content and it won't leach chemicals into your food. Despite the price, I recommend trying these if you are going to be doing a lot of dehydrating.

Fruit Leather in Excalibur Dehydrator
For several years we have used parchment paper, wax paper etc for drying apple sauce mixtures for fruit leather. It was always a pain to get the dried fruit off of the parchment paper, and the one time we used wax paper it was absolutely terrible with lots of waxy paper left on the fruit leather. These silicone sheets with edges are wonderful, fruit peels off effortlessly and they really help the fruit leather to stay nice and pliable, not dry and crispy. You can add a lot more liquified fruit or apple sauce to these trays and not have to worry at all about it spilling over, which would be a heck of a mess to clean up in dehydrator.I was going to buy Exc@libur brand sheets, but these are cheaper and They look like they’ll last forever.

Excalibur Dehydrator silicone sheets
I wanted these for my Excalibur Dehydrator because I like to dry jerky for my dog and didn't want a mess in my dehydrator. I was not disappointed as the mess was contained on the mats and they washed up quickly in my sink. These mats also work for my diced peppers that I dried, as they didn't fall to bottom of dehydrator. Good investment.
