Not happy with this product
After less than one month of use, the unit is leaking from the cut into the blender and it smells as if the motor is burning.I am embarrassed as this was a housewarming gift for my daughter and now I am trying to work with the warranty

This product is of poor design for the following reasons
This product is of poor design for the following reasons: 1. the seal has a has to be stretched over the cutter base to be installed. 2. the seal has a raised lip top and the bottom side, the bottom side has to set in a groove in the base and be seated flat, if it isn't it will leak. I bought mine and it leaked terribly I had I had to take a handle of a teaspoon and press the seal down into the bottom groove to seat it correctly.3. The cutter base has no grab place to hold it to unscrew it from the cup. 4. the cup should have been made a little thicker at the thread end so it provides a better contact with the seal. 5. The quality control used during assembly is very poor, they did not pay attention to the seal detail or the new unit would not have leaked. Overall I think that this product is not worth the money and will never buy another one.

One of the best purchases I've ever made
I really enjoy my NutriBullet. It makes the perfect size smoothies, is easy to use, easy to clean up, doesn't take up much space on the countertop or in the cupboard, and comes with two sizes of cups, two blades, and all for a very affordable price. I'm making smoothies every day with ease.

Way more simple than a blender, and easier to clean too! I just wish it came with travel coffee mug style tops so i could shut the lid and not have to worry about spilling in the car
