1- Whenever thread stuck during stitching , please remove the lower bobbin from bobbin compartment and checked the thread is tight or loos . If loos thread in bobbin .So please remove the thread and fill new thread in tight and again put bobbin in bobbin compartment in clockwise. 2- If stitch is not proper so please check the tension N part . It adjust accordingly user manual . Its should not be highly tight nor loos.

Not worth it!!
The machine doesn't work at all. The thread keeps coming out of the needle and doesn't form a stitch at all even after adjusting the tension..And about the add-ons that came with the machien, it's absolutely poor quality. It kept breaking and knotting in the cloth!

This Machine is not working. Please do the replacement or refund
First day it was worked. But again used on 13th day, then this Machine is not working.Now return date is also expired, so I am unable to return it. Please do replacement or refund

The item was very poor in quality
The item was very poor in quality. It became non functional after using it for 2-3 days only. Its thread is not coming up from the lower bobbin and hence the needle is not able to pick the thread up.

The worst part is there was no users manual or anything ...
It worked for 3 days and then just isn't working. I tried everything. The worst part is there was no users manual or anything of that sort with the product. Not a good product.
