I wouldnt call them "realistic". They are to me just a better made more detailed baby doll. They are nice and well made. Clothes are well made also. Bottle sucks. Body has some weight to it. Arms and legs are movable at the shoulder and hip joint. This dolls head doesn't move. Definitely better than what you might get locally. I guess worth the$ just make sure who your buying it for is gonna actually be interested in a baby doll😑.
