Das Optimum Nutrition Glutamin-Pulver ist von gewohnt hoher Qualität und lässt sich super in Wasser oder Shakes auflösen. Ich merke deutlich positive Effekte in der Regeneration. Allerdings finde ich, dass die empfohlene Dosierung recht niedrig angesetzt ist – für spürbare Ergebnisse nehme ich etwas mehr. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die intensiv trainieren!
