Got this for my girlfriend for Christmas and it has already been super helpful in her content creation! The features all seem to work very well, and the battery life is really solid for a phone gimbal. It came out of the box with enough power to use for several hours without charging, which in itself is super impressive. Would highly recommend this gimbal for anybody looking for an affordable piece of equipment for their content creation, videography, etc.

It's kind of hard to get the hang of at first but after I watched a couple YouTube videos I slowly started to get the hang of it. It has a lot of really cool features and the AI tracking really does work. It was worth every penny I spent!!

The humble works great until it doesn’t. It acts like it forgets which way it was facing and freaks out. The ai face tracker doesn’t center on your face properly. It will slowly start to turn itself to the left until you’re completely out of the picture. For stability it works amazing! Super smooth imaging and almost looks professional.

Overall It is a good gimbal when purchased with the AI tracking hardware. It does take sometime to get full control of it but helps in shooting videos easily with great stability. A must to have item for travel. Be sure to choose the one with AI tracking. At rare moments, it behaved abnormally but that could be my mistake as I am new to using this gimbal. I like it and would have loved it if it’s controller part could be detachable so that it could be used as a remote controller. That’s the biggest drawback.

It works fine for a few weeks but eventually over time the trigger feature stops working completely, and connectivity starts to become an issue. i've had 2 of these, one through my job and one for personal use and both products had the same issues within a few uses where I would have to manually start recording or taking photos, and it would randomly lose connectivity while filming often. At times the gimbal would twitch out and start vigorously moving from side to side with the phone placed in it. The dial to rotate the phone popped off the first time I used it, but it still had a tiny nub where you can still use the feature- just so weird. Overall I guess I would recommend investing in something more reliable so you don't have to deal with glitches during a shoot. It's fine for a one time/ 2 time use but not longterm.
