Mini fun
I have to write a review for this little monster. I did not know what to expect as this is my first ebike. First let me say I got it as a backup plan camp pit bike for over-landing in my SxS. I’m 5’9 230lbs and this lulls me around no problem. A ton of torque on the bottom end in the sport mode. There are 3 settings on the throttle. Eco, tour and sport. Beginners will want to start in eco. It’s a little jerky in sport mode if you arent respecting it. Out of the box is very easy to setup and it includes all the tools you need minus axle grease. I popped the rear tire on the first ride and could not find a replacement at walmart so I used slime instead and it works for now.It has fairly mellow settings from factory but there is a programming app and dongle you can get to un govern the settings at your own risk. There are plenty of videos on the Internet explaining it. It is worth doing. I found some settings that increased speed by about 10MPH across the modes. For example my speeds were about 10-12MPH eco max - 10-22MPH tour and about 30MPH sport. After the mod it was hotting around 15-20 in eco- 20-30 Tour and it hit 40MPh too speed. Now you have to realize it has 12” and 14” tires and very high center of balance. It may be 40MPH but it feels like 100. It is a very fun and exciting bike to ride. Smiles from ear to ear. The suspension and breaks are top notch. I am amazed and excited that the price is very reasonable for the quality of product you get. I was expecting the cheap Temu experience but so far I have to say this is a solid little bike.

Great customer service and product.
So my son bought this bike with his own money it showed up and we put it together. He rode it for 3 weeks when it lost power and would only go half the speed it was suppose to. I reached out to the bike maker and sent them video and pictures what was wrong they replied with things to check and report back. When it came down to it the motor was the issue they immediately sent a new motor via fed x and sent a video on how to remove and install new motor. Got the motor this week installed it and bike work like new. The customer service department was very responsive and willing to help and make it right. Now I have a new warranty for the motor and my kid is super happy. Excellent company to do business with as they back there product 100%. I would recommend this bike and the company that supplies it. Thk u.

Fantastic E-bike if you seek power.
I love this e-bike. It's my daily driver. I use it for my 2,5 miles commute back and forth every day. (5 miles) I've been using this bike for 5 months now and it has been going strong, still. No issues at all. I was able to get 27 miles max range before the battery died on me so keep that in mind when choosing this bike. It also does 37mph top speed. The suspension and brakes are fantastic. From %0 to %100 the charge time takes 8 hours. It's kinda long but it is what it is. The motor is powerful 2000W. I also love the looks of this bike. The seat is pretty comfortable too but if you decide to ride it longer than an hour then it might get uncomfy for you. I wasn't able to assemble it myself because it looked complex to me so I had bicycle fixer put it together for me.Overall I'd rate this bike a solid 8 out of 10. I cut 2 points for low max range (27 miles)

Good value for introducing new riders to the sport
It looks great and although not exactly plush, the suspension is functional. The bike is not scary fast and is fine for young riders, especially in eco mode. So far I've put about ten miles on it and am impressed with how smooth and quiet it is. Although the brakes feel wooden, they offer plenty of stopping power. While none of the components are particularly impressive, nothing seems like garbage either. So far, I would buy again.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY!
I received this bike 2 weeks after ordering it, I received it begging of May. It took me 4 hours to assemble it and I am pretty handy with tools. After building it, I tried turning it on. NOTHING. No power No Fun. It was for my nephews birthday and this messed it up. I contacted the seller and they made me take apart half the bike and look at the wires and test the battery. This took an additional 4 hours. They then asked that I disassemble it and send it back to them. The box it came in was damaged and I drive a motorcycle, I asked them to send a replacement box, which they did not do. They asked me to buy a 60$ box and "find a way" to get the bike dropped off since the package wasn't eligible for door pickup. I involved Amazon, and Amazon requested them to send a replacement. I asked the seller to vigorously test it and they agreed to. Once I got the replacement bike, it finally turned on. But when I went to go and test it , it didn't go over 20mph without the power cutting out and the screen flickering. This bike is a piece of trash. After I already spent over 12 hours diagnosing and working on the bikes, the seller asked me to disassemble both bikes, but I had back pain from working on the bikes so my doctor asked me to not work on them for a few weeks. The seller than asked me to buy 2 $300 pallets and strap down the bikes to them so they can send a private transporter to pick it up. After I declined doing that, they began trying to transfer our chats to email instead so I cannot report anything they are saying or use it as evidence in my claim. They magically changed their warehouse location, and all of a sudden refused to speak about the bike on amazon. They are trying to get me to give the bikes back outside of Amazon so they do not need to refund me my money. I am now down 1800$, 12 hours of time, and dealing with a seller that is trying to get Amazon out of the picture so my purchase protection goes away. PLEASE PLEASE BUY A DIFFERENT BIKE, I READ THE BAD REVIEWS TO AND THOUGHT THAT ITS 1/100. NO ITS NOT YOU WILL REGRET IT!
