Have not purchased a Sheaffer pen in decades. Pen is well constructed. Quality materials. Nib is easy writing, even ink flow. Color of the pen is unique. Very nice quality for extremely handsome price.

Absolutely beautiful pen. First time buying a Sheaffer, its beautiful.... sad part was the Nib... it wasn't aligned. It didn't take much effort to get it re-aligned and writing nice and smooth. Just wish it was that way from the factory (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). I do recommend this pen, just look it over after you get and before you put ink in it. Besides that, its beautiful and I love it.

It writes VERY smoothly. even though it has a fine nib. Ink flow is excellent. It writes well on normal paper, so no need to buy special paper for it. It's a fairly light pen. You may prefer a heavier one. It comes with two small cartridges and a converter. The cartridges fit snugly, which makes them difficult to load into the pen. I haven't yet used the converter. I own many fountain pens--too many. I'm glad I bought this one. It's the best in my collection.

This is an exceptionally well-made and very attractive fountain pen.

This pen epitomizes the eternal romance between coffee and writing. I really like the colour. Especially the barrel. It displays different shades of coffee. It came in a beautiful Sheaffer box. In addition to the pen itself, there was a little pamphlet inside describing the inspiration behind the idea of this pen. The clip is solid and it has the iconic Sheaffer dot on it. The cap also has a little coffee cup image with a heart on it. It’s a fine nib and writes like it. Ink flow is excellent. It came with a pistol converter which works really well. The grip section is easy to hold and write with. An excellent fountain pen overall which serves both as a pen and an inspiration.
