The pads and retaining straps cushioning are a bit thin. One's inner thighs near the knees gets sore pretty quickly.

The (red) pads on these things don't pivot to fit thighs (I'm a 180 lb male trying to recover from a muscular misalignment caused by a hematoma) and the plastic is very hard so it digs into my thighs in a painful way. I will say it does seem to help middle-of-the night upper leg pain and might be fine if its angles don't dig into your thighs (I'm not a physical therapist so this is a guess).

Good product, meets your objective

Ease of use is a no go, Can’t use it as there’s a screw missing. Value is cheaply made. Exercise, adjustment capabilities and resistance are lacking. I can get more resistance using a soccer ball between my legs than this thing. Make sure all the hardware is in the package.

I was in an accident a couple years ago. I didn't do physical therapy, just went back to work. I wasn't walking the way I used to, but since I was using this for a few weeks it's actually helped woke up the muscles in my leg and I'm walking correctly again. This had a big thing to do with it

Good strong resistance a long way to go before maximum resistance if ever

The resistance and exercise is very good but unless you have sticks for legs, the curved leg holders will dig into you making this very painful. The "holders" should be flat or near flat but are very curved. It looks like most similar equipment has the same design.

It looks good in the presentation picture, but the product received looks like an ordinary piece of cheap plastic, it doesn't even resemble the product in the picture, and you're asking for an evaluation, evaluation for what, for a piece of plastic? Embarrassing..
