GENIUS….
I have Two (2) sets of wired TENS that make me feel like a “puppet” and I’m unable to get comfortable. The item arrived as described, After downloading the app, I tested it for seventeen (17) minutes. I tried many different functions and was NOT DISAPPOINTED with the strength of the device. After I removed the pads, which come with adhesive already on them. I was VERY SURPRISED at the relief that I felt. I had No Issues with unpacking, downloading the app, setting up the pads, nor placement on my body. It came with a 90% charge, it’s very portable, so you can move around while wearing it.I recommend this product to anyone who has body ache’s or back pain.

EFFECTIVE!
This unit is very therapeutic and allows for versatility over the body. I feel continuous benefits after use. Usually use every 3 to 4 days with positive results.

Stays connected, can only use 1 at a time
These are good and bad, depending on what you're looking for. They stay connected very well no matter where I go (whether connected to WiFi or not). The last one I bought would only stay connected maybe 5 minutes tops. This one is easy to use, set up, and use! I've set it for 60 minutes (which is the max time allowed) and it's run great. The bad part is that I can really only use 1 of them at a time. I like the idea of being able to run 2 simultaneously, so opted to spend a little bit more and get the 2 pack. At first I realized that even when both are connected at the same time, there is only 1 screen to control both - meaning they would have to be on the exact same settings and strength. Different areas of my body can handle different strengths. Then when I attempted to try both at the same time, 1 of them ran where I had it programmed and the other was MAYBE at a 1 strength. I could barely feel anything on the 2nd one so it was pointless to try both at the same time. It would be nice if the app provided separate controls for each device. For now, if you're looking at this, I would suggest just buying the 1 and saving some money

Pads adhere well.
The charge lasts. Pads adhere well. Fully satisfied. I recently ordered another brand that didn't have replacement pads and my advice is to beware before buying and to check for replacement pads. The pads are large and it gives multiple adjustments.

Useless because it refused to operate
Have used TENS units for 4 years. Thought a Wireless version would be an upgrade. It wasn't. Applied pads to 3 different body areas and in all 3 cases, the unit said that it could not detect a human body and refused to operate. In addition, the old fashioned way that the remote receptors attach to the pads (so old fashioned that I cannot remember their name) defeats the goal of making it more convenient than units with wires. I may look for another wireless version but returned this one.

Phenomenal wireless therapy solution!
I never knew wireless TENS units existed. So happy I found this. Recently kept getting an ad for the “Chirp” brand one and while I have their wheels to roll my back I couldn’t fork up $99+ for these. So I came to Amazon and sure enough these were the closest ones to it and for a little under half the price.Very thankful as currently I’m treating my strained tricep and perpetually stiff lower back. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to get the two pads on a different setting. They seem to sync up. I want to be able to do a lower setting and specific for the arm on one pad and for the other device I want it stronger and geared toward the low back. Not sure it’s possible.
