These capsules are easy to swallow and do not have a taste or smell. I love that they contain 8 B-vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 & B12) and feel that they are really helping with my overall energy levels. These supplements help me wake up feeling well-rested and mentally alert. I am not much of a morning person so that is very beneficial for me. I have also noticed that my skin seems to look healthier too. I have received several compliments and a few coworkers asked what I was doing differently.At this time, a bottle costs about $22 and lasts for 3 months. I feel that they are a good value at about $0.25 a day. The recommended dosage is just 1 capsule a day and it can be taken with or without food. I have not had any negative side effects and will be ordering more when my bottle is gone.

This has all you need in terms of Vitamin B, and a 90 day supply, which is really nice. The qualifications also make this a VERY high quality product-- Certified GMP standards, FDA registered facility, multi-stage lab testing and made in the USA! Very nice. So not surprised the price is quite high! Not terrible but definitely higher priced than the generic junk you usually find. But, this is worth it if you are deficient in Vitamin B. Especially with the larger supply of 90 capsules. The fact it's also soy, gluten free, plus non-gmo? Love that!

This B-Complex does offer certain vitamins in their more active methylated forms which is a plus.The Suggested Use is to take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a physician. This bottle has 90 capsules and with each serving being 1 capsule that’s 90 servings per bottle. I haven’t noticed anything unusual from taking these B-Complex capsules, so I have no complaints. so for me it’s a typical B-50 B-Complex supplement. According to the bottle’s label this B-Complex is Made in USA with global ingredients.

Neither my wife nor I have experienced any side effects from the supplement.

Got some b vitamins to add to my supplements. These b complex vitamins is fine but the pill is quite large. I think I prefer something smaller or liquid next time foe easier swallowing.

As we age, it's especially important to get B vitamins. These capsules contain the main eight B vitamins as well as choline and inositol. I am used to taking gummies for B vitamins but they usually get stuck in my teeth and I'm not sure I get the full benefit. With these capsules, everything goes where it needs to, as long as you can tolerate swallowing capsules (these are about the diameter of a nickel). Bonus that these are made in the US.
