Well packaged, good instructions, oil fill location obviously not well planned. You will have oil all over your garage floor even with their funnel. Started right up on gas, I’m running it now. Four hours in on 8 hours of break in. The delivery driver left it at my front door. Good thing I was home as it’s likely 250 pounds. My 82 year old wife could not have moved it and the theft of the generator would have been highly probable. You will need a hand cart! This gen set is quiet for one so large. I doubt the 61 decibels claim but it is tolerable in the daytime. Might not be acceptable at night as thieves would be prowling in a power outage. Great value for the Price.

Used this to go camping. Hooked my 50amp travel trailer with 2 ac units and ran other stuff like tv plugs and it powered it all no issues. The gas tank hold over 7 gallons so lasted all night with ac on. Easy start it powers right on with a push of a button.

Disappointing performance — High noise and unstable power output I strongly advise against purchasing this generator. Despite being the most expensive model in the 11,000 series, it is incredibly unstable and poorly built. Key issues: • Noise and Load Handling: It is only quiet at idle. As soon as a load is connected, the noise level becomes excessive. It struggles with powerful appliances; for instance, a 3.5 kW coffee machine causes the engine to stall, even though it should handle this load easily. • Power Quality: The output voltage is not "clean." Sensitive electronics fail to function correctly, which is unacceptable for a unit in this price range. • Fuel Efficiency: The fuel consumption is much higher than advertised. It is far from being economical. Bottom line: This is one of the most unreliable units in the lineup. It does not live up to its specifications or its price tag.

Extremely powerful, yet extremely quiet. Bought this to replace a Northstar 13,000-watt generator that was giving a few issues under heavy load (I suspect a failing breaker, easy fix), but also was extremely loud and fuel-hungry. This one is shockingly quiet, and even under heavy load it's probably half as loud as the old one. So far it also seems to be much more efficient since the inverter allows it to idle down and save fuel. Definitely need to turn off the idle down feature when running a welder off of it, otherwise the initial spark will surge a bit until the RPM's increase. but otherwise, I see no reason to ever turn it off. Did NOT come with oil, which was surprising but not unwelcome. I likely wouldn't have used it anyways as I only run Rotella T6 in all OPE.

We've bought a few generators. But this is absolutely the best one. So easy to use, runs smooth and is very quite. The remote is awesome.

I can’t believe how quiet this generator is compared to my old smaller diesel generator.

Update! Warranty repair did not fix the under performance issue. It cant even push 6000 watts continuous on either fule. It's rated at 9000 watts on gas. 8550 on propane. working with warranty department to fix issue. will update review when satisfactory outcome is achieved, If you like a generator that can only reach 70% of its advertised running capacity, then this is the generator for you! It worked well when following the preparation instructions, but out on our first camping trip it isn’t performing at all as advertised on both fuels. I’m extremely disappointed with its performance.

The generator was missing the regulator assembly. I contacted customer service by phone and email,they sent the wrong regulator assembly and would not contact me back after I reached out several times. I acquired a regulator on my own and the generator works well. I am very disappointed in the customer service, the generator has a five year warranty, one of the reasons I purchased this product. I am very sceptical if they will honor it.
