I've been baking bread for a few years now, and I always seemed to have a hard time cutting the bread thin enough, and even enough, for sandwiches. Even with the sharpest of knives, it just didn't ever come out the way I wanted. So I decided to try this knife.The quality of the blade seems to be that it's pretty well made. It's very easy to use. It didn't tear the bread and the pieces came out evenly. It's very functional for someone who enjoys baking bread, whether everyday or one a month. And for the price, you can't beat it! This was a great value. It's also esthetically pleasing. I love the wooden handle. I also like that it comes with a blade cover. It's great for storing when not in use.I would definitely recommend this product for fellow bread enthusiasts!

Looks & works great; great price. Comes with the cutest little screwdriver, too. I can finally slice my homemade bread without tearing up my loaves! Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. It’s good quality for the most part but the blade isn’t as sharp as I would like, it works and we haven’t had any issues thus far, the price is great and slices my homemade sourdough loafs very well, safer then using a knife, easy and comfortable to use, not heavy but stable and functions as it should.

I thought this might be gimmick-y, but decided to try it since so many home bread makers are using them in their social media videos. It's actually fantastic. It's sharp, it glides through crusty artisan loaves like butter. I'm impressed.

Works great but watch your fingers when you’re cleaning it. Chops the end of your thumb off before you realize it.
