I really love this pot! Love that the interior is black instead of the common white. It's a great value for the money, is a nice weight for an enamel cast iron pot, a quality item. I made rice for two in it and that was nice because the pot was large enough that it did not boil over. The food tastes delicious and it works well with my glass stove top. I'm going to purchase the next size up too... 2.8 qt as it will be perfect for soups and stews for two. All surfaces are sealed so don't expect rust to be an issue. I love that it's a tall pot vs. a short squatty pot as they commonly are!

I love this beautiful little pot for making small batches of soup, brewing root- cocoa -chai, reheating food. It’s easy to clean, well made, the right size for many of my kitchen projects so I use it often. Good value for cost. Retains heat.

I cook only for myself now and my other enameled Dutch oven is just too big for smaller quantities. This size is perfect for my needs and is well made with a beautiful finish. I needed one compatible for my induction cooktop so it wasn't a problem. Christmas Day will be its first use for a small rump roast and vegetables.

A little smaller than I expected, but pottery cookware.

This oven has been great. I have been using it for smaller batches of sourdough bread. The purple isn't as bright as the picture, but is still a very lovely ombre. There were no scratches, chips or defects that I could see. One thing I suggest is to keep the cardboard packaging that your oven lid is wrapped in that separates it from the pot. I store mine that way to ensure that they don't rub or scratch each other.

Okay. I searched way too long for Dutch ovens for mini loaves of sourdough. This one is great quality. I’ll write this review since I could find zero size references for how big of a loaf different Dutch ovens would make. This one is perfect for a 6-6.5 inch round loaf. That is approximately an half-size loaf from my normal loaf made in a 5.5 quart Dutch oven. I put a standard salt container next to it for reference. Hope this helps!
