Terrific price and performance. Although sold as refurbished it was still in warranty when I got it. There was a minor problem with the touchscreen and HP fixed it under warranty. With 32 Gb memory it is blazing fast. Could not be happier.

I got this HP Elitebook yesterday and I love it so far! It’s in fantastic condition. I purchased this used in excellent condition and I can say it looked brand new. It only had 2 tiny spots that I don’t even notice. Setup was simple and didn’t take long. They send you a sheet of paper with setup instructions. NOTE: If it says the WiFi is off when setting up the laptop, press FN + airplane. This will turn off airplane mode. It features 2 USB C slots, 1 HDMI slot, 2 USB A slots and a headphone jack. There is another slot that says SC but I’m not sure what that means. I love the speakers on each side so you can actually hear the sound. The touch pad is responsive. The keyboard is spread apart eh oh is nice so you don’t press several buttons at once by mistake. The touchscreen is easy to use and responsive. I love that you can zoom in and out with your fingers. I purchased a screen extender which fits nicely on this laptop. I do recommend this!

I was truly excited at first, it seemed to perfectly fit the bill. I travel and I needed a smaller laptop like this one that would fit on the tray of an airplane, even with the guy in front of me tipping back the chair all the way. Speed was good and no problems. Until this September, little things related to hardware, glitzy connections with the hdmi cable, really embarrassing did presentations. Then the awkward lock- ups at the worse time, the OS was wiped and reinstalled, so the usual backing up of data and then re-installing your programs. But that did not fix it, then the touchpad died, and I was told to use a Bluetooth mouse, works then, but no space on airplanes to use a mouse. So a lot of wasted time. No scratches on it! But I would rather have a working unit with scratches, then a dog that looks good. Beware- they are used and someone else may have been using it as a frisbee. Update- repaired by Asurion with the extended warranty I bought with it. Good thing too. The hard drive had crapped out, since September I had reloaded Windows and Office 365 repeatedly due to corrupted file, documents, manuscripts PPTX, all due to the faulty SSD. The time I lost I will never get back. And the corrupted files would be uploaded on to One Drive corrupting my other laptop data. Never again !

I am a fan of HP products as I've had multiple HP computers and printers and they are always the better option. This Lappy is an update from a Dell 2in1 and has much more speed and multi-processing power than the DELL. The Dell was a great little guy, but just got too slow after updates that it was just unusable. This fit the bill as a viable replacement and should have enough updateability and powerful processor to carry on a few more major windows updates without too much performance issues.

This laptop is everything I hoped it to be except for the battery life. I realize the laptop is a refurb but the battery would only last an hour and a half. Being a traveler and possibly using the laptop in the future on a plane without being able to plug it in... This wouldn't do. I bought a replacement battery and that seemed to do the trick. Outside of the battery life, the unit appears to be brand new, not a scratch on it. It's fast, compact, all the features work. Great laptop. Giving 3 stars due to the battery situation.

Great product. Looked clean. Better than I expected.

I use this as a transportable computer. It is light and easily transportable. Plus, I love the storage and speed of this computer.
