Wessex Mill Flours (Wessex Mill Six Seed Bread Flour 2x1.5kg Pack)

This bread flour is quite delicious and we make our loaves using it mixed with white flour.I very recently placed an order and one bag was split and the box broken, so I contacted the supplier who replaced it immediately and we received it next day delivery.Fantastic customer service and we were hugely grateful.

Nice brown bread flour, with mixed seeds incorporated. It works well, and tastes good

A flour that you either like or don't like. It contains real seeds and we love it. We mix it with home grind wheat grain flour to give it more body. Even our grandchildren like it! We find that only using this flour doesn't give enough weight to the bread and makes you hungry quicker.

I usually make a french loaf using normal strong bread flour ,read that it is much nicer if you use french bread flour and it definitely does rises better taste better really pleased,Only problem it’s difficult to find locally and having to pay delivery makes it quite expensive .

Excellent flour, always produces great, long lasting bread from our bread machine. ***Dont buy from *18AM Shopping* though! They consider a 2-pack to be 1x 1.5 KG bag of flour and offer no way to contact the seller! had great difficulties and had to contact Amazon...***

Didn’t say o online it’s madein a place that uses sesame seeds my grandson is allergic to them so he can’t have bread at my house l had already started to use the flour before completely reading package it did list allergies online but only wheat

Regularly buy this flour for use in Panasonic bread machine and have always had great results.

This flour made the most delicious crusty french loaf- light, moist and chewy with beautiful crunchy crust- highly recommend it.
