Package says not to install below 68F
Folks like me who come here for a solution to an enormous problem — a frigid cold draft from a shoddily maintained apartment door — want instant gratification, being that this is internet shopping with one-day shipping and all that. So imagine my dismay when I get the package Here in November and it says not to install in temps below 20 Celsius (that’s 68 degrees Fahrenheit for us Dumb Americans)!!!! Nowhere in the product description does it call this fact out, a fact that many of you coming here with the same drafty disaster need to know. If it was 68 degrees out, I wouldn’t be bitching about the draft!!!!! So here’s me, annoyed as all hell with my weatherstripping package in 30-40F weather and can’t fix my problem. Finally, I got a day close enough (60F) and helped the sitch out with a hair dryer. Here’s hoping it holds up. It seems like a good product and was fairly easy to install. But yeah — buyer beware about the temperature for installation!!!!

I didn't stop with door frames....
Of course it works very well on door frames (against the stop on 3 sides and against the frame on the hinge side) and is easy to position or re-position if necessary. This also makes a great seal on plastic totes' lids to keep dust out. It is slim enough to use on registers and vents that fit poorly against a wall (or even if they don't) to eliminate residual air flow around the outer edge and keep walls neat and clean. It works much better than the foam rubber weather strip that breaks down and disintegrates over time. I have even used it around the inside rim of light fixture housing to help it fit more snugly against a rough-textured ceiling such that no light would show through where it shouldn't. It's great stuff, easy to split apart, easy to install, and you can't beat the price.

Only lasts about a year
Doesn't last long at all!

Works great and is a fantastic value! Also good for soundproofing
Great value for the money. Easy to cut and self stick backing is very strong. These can also be easily pulled apart to singles to double your length. The foam seams to stay spongy after over a year of use.

Works great
We had a big draft coming from our front and back door. Applied these. Super easy and works great. We used 2 strips and our front door is kinda tough to shut now but not the sellers fault. I've noticed a big difference already. Also, the 4 strips together add up to the length advertised which I thought it was the 4 together would be that length. Still had plenty for both doors with some extra.

Adjustable to fit
Like:You can adjust the width by removing one of the stripes. Most of the time, one stripe was enough for me so I ended up splitting it into three stripes. This gives you more custom fit for those old windows where you can apply stripes on multiple levels. It stopped draft and sound significantly.Adhesive part is strong enough. I think it would not remove any paint after some use (have not tested) yet would still stay in place.

Good Quality
I used it to mate a camper shell to a truck bed. I needed 32 feet of the full width. I ordered too hastily and thought I'd have a lot extra, since I believed it was 52 feet long. I didn't have enough for the 1st section: 16 feet. There's only 13 feet at full width. Split it into the 1/4 inch sections to get the 52 feet. I'm pleased with the quality, but I have to pull the shell off again, or buy some caulk to get it fully sealed. I'm pleased with seller's communication and quick service!

Ideal for older homes
I love that this can be separated into individual strips or kept together. Adhesive is strong. I have a door with a small gap at the top and a large gap at the bottom. I was able to offset stack the strips, adding another layer into the groves of the first. Worked like a charm to fill the larger gap. Now I have to shove my door closed vs it wiggling and cold air blowing in.
