Dr said I need more electrolyte so I drink this after working out. It's easy to drop a tablet in my water bottle and the taste is refreshing. Very happy with this product.

It is my favorite energy drink. Easy to carry and the flavor is really good. Low in sugar.

Best hydration tables. My husband and I use these all the time. Work great keeping us hydrated. These are our go to tablets. I recommend these to everyone looking for hydration tablets. These don’t have a strong taste but the perfect taste.

I use these for trail running and cross country mountain biking in the desert southwest. Pop one in a water bottle then hit the trail! Easy to take along as well for when you can only refill bottles with water along the route. The taste is decent and the light fiz improves drinkability. Very efficient way to take on electrolytes without any fuss, empty bottles to keep track of or sticky pouches.

It's everything I expected!

These electrolyte tables were recommended by my trainer. I love them! They taste good (not diety). I throw one in my water bottle every day. On hot and/or training days, I use it twice. When I’m feelings bad in the heat, I’ll drink one. Perks me right up. I’m feeling better quickly. I recommend this brand of electrolyte tabs.

Thought I would try something deferent from my usual Skratch. While the tabs dissolve very well and the aroma is very suggestive of the flavor, I can say it does not taste that great. The flavor is very minimal and combined with a strong mineral/carbonated taste these are not all that great.
