We have a 3-inch memory foam mattress topper on our king-size mattress. Our flannel sheets were top quality but couldn't reach to cover both mattress and topper. This does! Quality is superb. Response to question of wrinkles: this is genuine cotton...no chemicals were applied to keep it from wrinkling. We can sleep comfortably and wake with few aches and pains thanks to the topper. Thanks for the luxurious sleeps.

Very very pleased with the quality of these. This is high quality cotton and feels super soft, very cool to the touch. I slept amazing with these sheets on. They hold up well in the wash, no splitting, no pilling, and are overall pretty wrinkle resistant. Good basic to have for bedding!
