I bought these as the ingredients matched another I take which work really good and these were a cheaper alternative. Sorry to say they don't work despite having the same contents. So I will be paying extra for something that does work. Hence these are very large capsules and taking 3 is an effort.

Works like a charm for quieting the mind for sleep

I take one capsule before bed, and i dream away. I dont see the need for 3 caps. I think its the Apigenin in it that helps with dreaming, as i have that on its own too with the same effect. But yeah, go for it.

Clear instructions on the pack which was flat pack so easy to store. The capsules were easy to swallow and all natural ingredients which I liked. They helped with sleeping and have had the first unbroken nights sleep in three years I will be buying them again Thank you
