This little thing is great! I appreciate the connectivity to the transmitter (input and 3.5mm output), the included adapters, cables, and splitter. The compact design makes this highly portable, but also really easy to place, hide, or wear on your body. It fits anywhere you can clip it. It is plastic and lightweight and can be worn comfortably. I have a love / hate relationship with internal batteries. I appreciate the device being rechargeable. I didn't fully test the battery life, however it did seem to last for several hours of continuous use. While I prefer batteries that can be switched out I'm sure that this would work in the right environment! I did not test the range, however it works well in close proximity which was very good to see. I was disappointed to find that it didn't come with any headphones at all. Meaning that you can only use it out of the the box if you have your own headphones or some other output device. I was not able to find what frequencies this device works on. Only that it is in the 500Mhz range. It is good that this is UHF, however there are many devices (microphones and in-ear monitor systems) that operate in this range. It can be difficult to use multiple wireless devices when you don't know what specific frequencies are in use. Interference and dropouts can happen. I tested this item with the Melonare MWM-81F (8 wireless microphones on one receiver) and found that there were some frequencies that caused the mics to have dropouts based on what I saw on the receiver. This is something to be aware of when using multiple wireless devices at one time. The level that this system outputs is decent. However, be aware that you cannot fine tune the volume on the receiver. There are currently only 5 volume levels that jump very noticably! Sound quality and clarity are great to me. All in all the issues are more things to be aware of than total deal breakers. I recently bought The Melonare PM-1 Wireless In-Ear Monitor System. The UHF 500MHz frequency hopping technology ensures a stable, interference-resistant connection. The 2.4GHz results in a clear signal which is necessary for live performances, the studio and even practice sessions.I appreciated its automatic pairing capability. By turning on the transmitter and receiver, they connect automatically. I like the ability to switch between mono and stereo giving me the ability to just wear one earpiece, keeping one ear open for environment awareness. The PM-1 charges via USB and has a power indicator to let you know how much battery life is left.One feature I’m excited about, but haven’t had the opportunity to fully test out. Is that the PM-1 can connect to multiple receivers from one transmitter, making it a viable option for bands.The only con I find is that it does not include the actual in ear earbuds but that gives each person the opportunity to use a style that they prefer.All in all, I find the PM-1 a reliable, affordable option for those looking for in-ear monitoring without hurting the wallet without sacrificing sound quality.Kevin D. Horrible static hissing the moment the transmitter was connected to the receiver. Tried multiple receivers, multiple inputs, multiple headphones, multiple transmitter channels, all troubleshooting recommendations, and the issue persisted. Items returned.

This little system is great! I am a DJ and it was so nice being able to hear my mix no matter where I was at the venue. Not only was I able to walk around and make sure everything sounded like I want it but being able to use the iem makes it even better. If you are in a band or a DJ this is the tool you need. Batteries lasted with no issues. 4 hours later they still had plenty of juice. Definitely worth every penny.

Got this little in-ear system as a backup to my high end name brand system. Picked it primarily for its 500 hz operating frequency so as not to interfere with my guitar wireless system operating on the typical 2.4 GHz frequency. It works very well, range is more than enough on stages, sound quality is decent and battery life is adequate. I don’t have any volume issues as volume is controlled from typical aux out monitor sends. I set it on middle volume setting with the side buttons and can get more than enough clean volume off soundboard. I would certainly recommend this little system as a backup and even your primary system if you’re sending the signal from your monitor send aux outs from your board. Really no negatives at all, a very competent and surprisingly decent system for this super low cost.
