My wife is 5'1 and 360lb... She has gut and a lot of tush... Will a 24 fit her?

I hate to tell you but there is not a perfect weight height size formula. You will need to find out what size she typically wears as these pants run true to size. For an example I am 5'6" and 198, and I wear a size 18 but most women I know that are the same weight as me carry their weight differently and wear a size 20 or 22, we are all a little different. Also, in wallflower jeans if she is pear shaped and carries more weight in her bottom then get the curvy fit, and not the legendary. I am more hourglass shaped and the legendary fit me great because I have a medium plump butt and more muscular thighs, but they would be too tight on someone with a large butt and thighs. I know its frustrating buying clothes for someone else. Good luck!

I usually wear a “tall” or 36 inseam to wear my boots ... but the tall was really long... so I returned and got regular length and they’re perfect...
