**Update 7/25/18Sadly, this punked out quite fast. Reduced from 5 stars to 2 stars. There was also many issues with connectivity (syncing to the phone).I've used a Fitbit for three years, so I wasn't expecting much from this product as it is significantly cheaper and I have never heard of the brand. However, I am very impressed.Install is quite easy. The actual screen part is a USB, and that is how you charge the device. Like Fitbit and various other fit trackers, you can sync this with an app which allows you to read all of your stats. The app works with iOS (and the other systems I believe) and is intuitive. I had no issues syncing the app to the device.What is neat about this tracker is that you can see heartbeat, blood pressure, steps, and sleep. You can also control your music player and camera from the device. All easy and I figured it out without having to read the directions (huge bonus!).I gave this to my mom as I have a Fitbit Alta, but I was remorseful handing it over because I was so shocked out how well this little guy works. I definitely advise this purchase.
